Theo Kampolis - The Manager
Settling in Australia direct from Athens in 2010, Theo has made the Gold Coast & Hellenika his home. He is a wonderful welcoming host to regulars from near & far.
Theo strives for world class service, with knowledgeable staff, combined with Simon Gloftis's philosophy of warm & genuine hospitality.
Theo epitomises the Greek word meraki meaning the soul, the creativity, the essence of yourself that is put into your work.

Michael Watts - The Chef
Working with Simon for 4 years to create & evolve The Fish House, Michael has come on board as Head Chef at Hellenika. Spending much of his career working in specialised restaurants, Michael is the perfect chef to head the Hellenika kitchen team.
Prior to working with Simon, Michael worked in a premium Steak restaurant, followed by 4 years mastering Seafood & Fish at The Fish House.
Michael & Simon work seamlessly together to bring you traditional Greek recipes & high quality Fish, Seafood & Meat cooked over the Wood Fire Grill. Add to the menu a good serve of fresh Salads to suit the Gold Coast's warmer climate.
Desserts are all hand made by our kitchen team, except the Baklava which has been made with love by Helen Passaris since Hellenika's inception.
